Mike + Nikki - Engagement session

Mike is a typical guy. He wanted absolutely nothing to do with a photo shoot. I believe his first words upon starting the session were, "As long as we can get this over with quick, I'll be happy." Ha. If I had a dollar for every time I heard those words.

If that wasn't bad enough, I had to drag these two back for a second session on one of the hottest evenings of the year thus far. The heat index was still 110 degrees at 7:30 p.m. It was anything but cool. Luckily, they only had to deal with it for about 15 minutes and we were done.

I just love these two! I've known them both for years and am thrilled Mike finally proposed....FINALLY! I cannot emphasize finally enough ;) Hehehe.
