One entertaining Saturday morning....
I LOVE families who are not afraid to be themselves around me. I know sometimes people can be a little "timid," so to speak, when they meet someone new, especially when that person is strapped with a camera. But when people are themselves from the get go, I know it's going to be a great shoot. Especially when I am laughing from start to finish.
I was a little bit worried about an hour before this session. As I was walking outside scouting out my locations to shoot at, the wind picked up and my hair was blowing every which way imaginable. My first thought was "Crap!" Windy conditions are not the most ideal situations to shoot in, especially if you know how us women are about our hair. The last thing we want to deal with is looking like Alfalfa in pictures. Luckily, this family was ready to shoot in whatever weather conditions came our way and we agreed to continue with the shoot.
Oddly, the wind died down the entire time. At the end of our shoot, as we were walking back to the cars, the wind picked back up. It's pretty funny how things work out sometimes.
I have to thank all of you for the laughs and entertainment throughout this session. From Grandma and Grandpa's full blown make out session, to the constant jokes amongst the family. I must say, it was a great Saturday morning :)
Love the innocence of this.
Grandma's photography debut.
I'll probably lose some brownie points for posting this, but I had to. I love capturing unexpected moments!!
